We have chosen to re-define "property management". We are not like your traditional property management companies. We are not licensed real estate brokers or agents. We do not specialize in real estate, instead we specialize in managing personal property maintenance. We will take care of everything you need in order to best care for your home. Aeration
- We use a Stinger QUAD-AER 3600 aerator, said to be the “most efficient” machine on the market, aerating 4” in depth, with hollow core tines or solid tines, (depending on terrain and time-of-year).
Our machines are able to aerate 6.2 acres in 1 hour, allowing us to cover more square footage in less time, while hydrostatic direct tine drives allow for less breakage and breakdown while on-site.

Property Maintenance
We offer landscaping, power washing, handy man repair services, livestock management and personal home security. We also work closely with local trusted and fully insured specialists in electrical, HVAC, Pool and spa maintenance. Rest assured your home will be well maintained and secure whether you are home or away.
Air BnB's
We manage air b n b's . If you're looking for a place to get away , book one of our rentals. We pride ourselves in a clean and friendly environment for you and your furry friend.
